Finca with a total surface area of 22.500 m2 (2.25 hectares), located about 13 kilometers from the village Maella. The property is planted with almond trees and four terraces are planted with olive trees, all of them are in full production. There is a mas with a total area of 80 m2, 40 m2 per floor, the walls and roof are in very good condition. On the first floor there is a fireplace and on the ground floor there is a room with hay, where once the animals were kept. It´s possible to completely renovate the mas. The plot is located in a valley and the mas is located some meters from the road, to have more privacy.
