I bought an apartment in los Cristanos in 2015 through Andy at Tenerife Estate Agents and the process was very smooth and easy. Earlier this year I was thinking about selling my property in Tenerife and contacted them again. They went through everything with me. What was involved, the costs to sell, taxes and all that stuff. The marketing was excellent, really good photos and videos of my apartment. And within 6 weeks I had 2 offers, one of which I accepted. The sale was done a month later!
