This house is situated in a very quiet area close to the center of Calpe and its beautiful beaches.
It is a high quality villa distributed over two floors. On the upper floor you can find two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a fairly large kitchen with access to an outside terrace. There is also a very large living room with fireplace from which you can go out to another terrace and enjoy beautiful views of Calpe, the Peñón de Ifach and the sea.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, another bathroom and another large living room. From there you can access the garden and the relaxation area which has a private pool (8x4 m) and a large terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful views and appreciate the Mediterranean climate almost all year round. The highlight of Cucarres is its outdoor summer kitchen with barbecue, fully equipped with gas stove and dishwasher, refrigerator ... Also outside you can find another bathroom with shower and W.C.
The garden area is a very pleasant space with many tropical plants, such as palms and various species of cacti. The outside area of the villa has enough space to be able to park several vehicles. Satellite TV, washing machine and air conditioning with heating system, give this house a plus of comfort.
In short, our villa Cucarres is the perfect place to spend an incredible holiday.
Our service includes bed linen and towels. The only thing to add is a cleaning fee of 150 €. If you have special requests for equipment etc. please do not hesitate to let us know. These will be satisfied as far as possible (please always ask in advance). Upon your arrival everything will be ready for you, so that you start enjoying your holidays immediately (beds made, etc...).
As an additional service and free of charge, we expect our guests in a previously agreed place in Calpe to accompany them to their holiday home, no matter what time they arrive. We also offer the possibility of organising a transfer service from Valencia or Alicante airport (prices on request).
