This property is situated in a privileged position affording views of the Orgiva Valley and out to the sea, on a winters day Morocco can be seen in the distance. The property was built 2008 using high quality materials, with a traditional Alpujarras style kitchen carpenter made and hand made tiles traditional to the area. There is a large open plan living room with traditional fireplace, kitchen and dining area with a large picture window affording spectacular views of the Sierra Lujar Mountain Range and out towards the sea. There are two double bedrooms, the main having an en suite bathroom again with traditional hand made tiles. Outside there is a covered porch an ideal place for al fresco dining and soaking up the view. The second bedroom has independent access from the main house, there is also another small area which could be used as a small sitting room area for guests to have their own space.

The village of Canar is 15 minutes drive from the Town of Orgiva, 45 minutes to the Beaches of the Costa Tropical, 75 minutes from the historic city of Granada and under 2 hours from Malaga Airport.
