Spectacular villa with pool and views over the east coast of Mallorca in s'Horta.
This beautiful house of 250 m2 is situated in the quiet village of s'Horta in the southeast of the island. It consists of 4 large bedrooms, two of them with bathrooms en suite and one with dressing room, all of them with direct access to different terraces. There are 2 further bathrooms for guests. Distributed on one floor, it has a large and bright living room thanks to a glazed inner courtyard and direct access to the front terrace. From the living room we have access to a dining room and to a corridor that turns around the central patio and leads us to the bedrooms and to one of the guest bathrooms.
There is also a large fully fitted kitchen with a fireplace and grill, a utility room with pantry and a fifth room which can be used as a second living room or office. At the front of the house, next to the entrance is another office and the second guest bathroom.
On the inner terrace of the house there is a dedicated area to have a vegetable garden or a garden, a brand new swimming pool (6 months) disinfected with saline electrolysis, a barbecue, a wood oven and an area to prepare paellas.
On this terrace there is an access with automatic gate for vehicles with space for two cars and a staircase to an upper terrace with spectacular views over the east coast of the island.
The house has oil central heating, wooden doors with double glazed windows and aluminium shutters on all windows.
