A large part of the house has partition walls made of noble woods: chestnut, oak, etc. And almost all the furniture as well. The house is sold furnished except for the very personal things. The only piece of furniture to be taken is the kitchen table made by the father-in-law of one of the sellers.

This group is part of a hamlet of 8 houses and consists of 4 stone constructions, around a corral which is accessed by 3 large gates. It has its own chapel with access from the road and from inside. It has been uninhabited for a long time, but is still in acceptable condition.
It includes plots of different sizes with a total of 42 acres most with trees . Oaks, chestnuts, walnuts beeches, birches etc.
The village of La Muria is located in the Principality of Asturias but the nearest villages are in the province of Lugo.
It is halfway between Navia de Suarna and Fonsagrada, about 25 km from each of them.
La Muria is a village that is suspended 550 metres above sea level forming a natural balcony from where we can see below us the river Navia and above us the great peaks of the Ancares mountains.

The house
It is a very peculiar building constructed in red slate stone. It has a surface area of 490 m2. The house is built at different heights, taking advantage of the unevenness of the land, reaching three heights, in
