All are on wired trelices and have automatic irrigation. The grapes produced are Mencia grapes which produce up to 12.000 kg per year. The vineyard was originally owned by the father of the current owner, From the estate every year also produced a large quantity of apples, cherries, grapes, bread from the oven, plums, Japanese, pears. The wine produced is rich and tasty. No preservatives or fertilisers are used, the grapes are simply harvested.
