At Spanish Property Sales we are real estate agents located in Moraira (Alicante). Our property search business model, founded in 2002 by Anthony & Sally Bloom, was born out of our own needs and experience when we started looking for a suitable property on the Costa Blanca. Since then we have been working hard to create a highly reputable business and in doing so have gained a great deal of knowledge of the local real estate market in Moraira, Beninsa and Jávea. Our business model allows us to act and represent the best interest of buyers in a completely independent and impartial way, while real estate agents, who are hired by the seller to sell their properties, are in charge of promoting and prioritizing their own properties.
