History: My name is Maria Pellicer and I dedicate myself to the management of tourist rentals. I started in this sector as the big projects start, taking small steps. The first rental contract I signed was with a family living in Madrid and came to Oliva to spend his holiday month. Gradually, my clients met me and trusted me, so soon, this small house I managed was no longer enough and I was faced with the need to look for new ones. In this new situation, I soon learned how important it is to select the right homes, which always met the right quality and price standards. This task for me is one of the most important, as each house has to have its personal seal and become the home of new and new guests, if only for a few days. Today, I have a wide and heterogeneous offer of homes (houses, apartments, ground floors...) in order to meet the personal needs of each client.
