Na een telefoontje werd er zeer snel een afspraak gemaakt. In het eerste overleg werden de totaalkosten in beeld gebracht. Het proces daarna vond zeer zorgvuldig plaats met op het juiste moment een terugkoppeling, waardoor wij voortdurend op de hoogte bleven van de ontwikkelingen. Een duidelijk voorbeeld van goede dienstverlening en ontzorging tijdens een proces dat je niet iedere dag meemaakt.

Alle vragen worden beantwoord, alle details worden besproken, afspraken altijd op tijd. De hele afhandeling van de koop is zeer goed bevallen. Veel meer dan dit kunnen wij ons eigenlijk niet wensen.
