Viviendas Únicas is a family business created in 2016 made up of professionals in the real estate sector. In those years we have bought, renovated and sold more than 50 apartments in Barcelona and Hospitalet de Llobregat, always with the maximum satisfaction of our clients. Our objective is very easy to explain: we buy apartments with our savings, which means that we firmly believe in the product, we redistribute it and reform it, adapting it to modern functionalities and a modern design. Finally we sell the flats at an attractive market price. We are committed to knowledge and taking care of processes and data as the very essence of our business.
