Semi-detached house with capacity for 9 people, distributed over two floors.
On the ground floor consists of direct entrance from the street, patio, porch, living room, toilet, kitchen, bedroom with double bed and from the living room has access to the back garden where the private pool and the garden area with barbecue are located.
On the second floor there is a full bathroom, a room with bunk bed combined with double bed and single bed and another room with double bed and bunk bed as well as access to a terrace.
It has A/C in the living room and upstairs.
It is located in a central area of Miami Platja from which you can access on foot all leisure services and is only about two minutes by car from the beach and the coves.

01/06 to 24/06 : 940€ per week
25/06 to 29/07: 1375€ per week
30/07 to 26/08: 1450€ per week
27/08 to 30/09: 940€ per week
October: 690€ per week

Mandatory final cleaning: 90€
Deposit: € 200 to be returned on departure if everything is correct
Sheets and towels service: € 14 per person per stay, is optional and upon prior request.
