Semi-detached house just two blocks from the beach with capacity for 10 people.
The house consists of 5 bedrooms, double and double. Two of them are on the main floor along with a bathroom with shower, a laundry room with access to a backyard where the barbecue is. A fully equipped independent kitchen with serving hatches towards the living room and views towards the outside of the house. A spacious living room with access to the front porch of the house, quite spacious for the 10 people and with direct view of the pool of the house.
On the second floor, it has the remaining three bedrooms, two of them are doubles with two beds of 0.90 and the other double. And a full bathroom with bathtub. Two of the bedrooms on the top floor have access to a large terrace where you can enjoy sea views.
All rooms have A/C. And parking space both outside and the possibility of entering the car in the private enclosure of the house.

It is located just 2 minutes walk from cristal beach and also has easy and quick access to the municipality next to L' Hospitalet de l'Infant where they communicate through a wooden bridge bordering the main beaches in the area.
