Stone walls 70 centimeters wide and wooden beams, restored in 2011 by its current owners.
It has a large living room with a splendid fireplace, a full bathroom, a kitchen equipped with high-end appliances, an ironing room, a porch, an interior patio and a large area for celebrations with a bar, the floors in this area are made of terracotta.
On the first floor there are five bedrooms and three full bathrooms, the main room has a fireplace and all rooms have a terrace, the floors on this floor are imitation wood ceramic tiles.
The exterior carpentry is high-end, with thermal break, double glazing and tilt-and-turn windows.
Heating is diesel.
The house has 37 m2 available to install solar panels and receives sunlight 3,821 hours a year.
The house is located in the city of Monterrei, in the province of Ourense, very close to Portugal.
