This new-build chalet, currently at the project stage, will be located in Canide, in the municipality of Oleiros, one of the most prestigious areas on the A Coruña coast. The plot is less than 200 metres from the sea and 230 metres from the beach, and about 5 km from the centre of Oleiros.
