The apartment is located on the outskirts of the village of Sant Ferran de ses Roques, 350 meters from the village. It has 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen-living room, 1 bathroom and a terrace. Parking available. It is an apartment ideally located, well connected, with easy access, in the middle of the island, 350 m from the legendary inn pepe.

Thanks to its privileged location, in just 5-10 minutes by car, you can access the wonderful beaches of illetas, levante, cala Sahona and Mitjorn, with their fine white sands and crystal clear waters.
