The apartment is located 2nd line from the beach, in a privileged area with views of Cabo San Antonio, Mongo and/or the sea. In the area of Les Rotes, at kilometre 2.1, we find the Punta Negra beach. It is a rocky cove of approximately 1,400 metres in length that is accessed by the pedestrian promenade of Les Rotes. Punta Negra beach is the closest beach.

The apartment is in a very quiet and privileged area of Dénia, close to the Cabo de San Antonio Reserve and 60 meters from the beach of 'Las Rotas' with beautiful beaches of stone and pebbles, perfect for snorkeling in its crystal clear waters. Around there is a promenade that runs through all the rotas with some of the best restaurants of native cuisine in Dénia, a city awarded by Unesco as a gastronomic creative city.
