Patalavaca is a town in the south-west of Gran Canaria. Located between Puerto Rico and Arguineguín, it is a very quiet area with a black sand beach and the Anfi marina just a few meters away, shops and restaurants. A short distance away is the old fishing village of Arguineguin, where you can enjoy a good fish in any of its many restaurants or transfer from the port by tourist ferry to the port of Mogán or Puerto Rico. To reserve the property, the amount of one month's deposit must be paid, to be returned within legal deadlines once the lease contract has ended and as long as all the stipulations of the same are met.
